An essential pack for you to get anwers in your fertility journey. Find what’s been missed so far to optimise your chances of a successful pregnancy.
We start with a full questionnaire about your whole health so I can understand your situation, your symptoms, your needs and your goals. I will then review any tests results you have already done in the last year or so… Once you have collected all the information, you can relax! I will then look for red flags, connect dots and gaps in your testing. I will give you a plan of what your next steps should be. This will give you clarity about your current situatuon and the power to know what should be next!
If after having the plan you realise you need extra support, you can upgrade to Restore & Conceive (my 6 months program) at any time and just pay the difference.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE
For both of the partners, to learn about your situation, your needs and your goals. We will cover many areas of health and lifestyle that are known to influence fertility. I would need to deep dive into your symptoms, your routine, your nutrition, your past and current treatments, your medication and supplements, etc, to ensure everything is working with you instead of against you so you know what you should be doing in order to optimise your chances of a successful pregnancy.
FULL HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE
If you previously had some testing done, I will review the results from a point of view of optimal health. I’ll give you recommendations of other tests that could benefit you based on the information from the initial consultation and your preferences. This can be more specialist tests, but often it’s just general health labs that have been missed previously!
BLOOD TEST RECOMMENDATION
Based on the information from the initial consultation, any blood test results, menstrual cycle charts (if you have them) I will give you a report, outlining any red flags I see, the main issues that could contribute to the difficulty on getting pregnant, having losses or IVF not working, and what your priorities should be. Additionally, I will advise on any further testing or referrals if necessary.
